When do I get my letter?

I send out Potato Leek Soup Letters  on the 15th of every month. US members should receive it within 3-8 days of sending, and international members will receive the letter within 2-6 weeks! 

The beauty of snail mail is the slow pace and anticipation of every month, however, if you feel like something is wrong, feel free to reach out!

What if I need to cancel or change my address?

Just email me at jph@potatoleeksoup.com and I will end your subscription or change your address! 

Make sure to email me before the 15th of the month so I can adjust your address or subscription before sending! 

What if I didn't get my letter?

If your letter doesn’t arrive, email me at jph@potatoleeksoup.com and I can either resend your letter or refund you for the month.

Sometimes letters bounce back to me. I usually wait until the end of the month to allow time for any returns, then resend them to you. And if all else fails, you’ll receive a refund for that month.

A note on timing: If you sign up before the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.

What countries do we ship to?

I ship to most countries globally, except those on the U.S. sanctions or USPS restricted list.
